• $70 nightly room rates (click here for reservation info) Reservations must be made over the phone to receive this rate. 

Exhibitor Setup: After 4pm on Wednesday 10/05 or before 8am on Thursday 10/06

Exhibitor Breakdown: After 5pm on Friday 10/07
