It has been a long road with so many PAs rising up and making this happen over the years. Please remember that the law's effective date is 9/16/2026. Please continue to keep your current collaboration plans in place, even if you work in the listed organizations until 9/16/2026. The state medical board is currently working on the application process for exemption for experienced PAs. We will update the website and send out updates as these are established.
