Senate Bill 115

On March 27, Senate Bill No.115 was introduced/read on the senate floor.  The bill is sponsored by Senator Loki Tobin and is the next step for modernizing PA practice in Alaska.  We are excited to get things moving to eliminate the legal requirement for a specific relationship between a PA, physician, or any other healthcare provider.  This will allow PAs to practice to the full extent of their education, training, and experience.
