• 1 booth space + 6’ table, skirted
• 1 lunch each day, break service, coffee and snacks
• Logo and Company Name included in Sponsor list in our event guide and website CME page

Exhibitor setup is 7am - 8:30am 
Exhibitor take-down is after 4:30pm on Friday, October 6

Exhibitors are not expected to attend Saturday.
